Josh Childress, Chief executive officer

With over 12 years of experience as a venture capitalist and real estate investor, and involvement in over $300M worth of transactions, Josh co-Founded LandSpire to further his personal commitment to community redevelopment. Josh began his 15-year professional basketball career in the NBA, followed by Greece, Australia, and Japan and has always had a passion for sports, real estate and philanthropy.

In 2010, he founded the Josh Childress Foundation, which provides mentorship and resources to high school and collegiate athletes. He also established and funded the Josh Childress Athletic Scholarship, the first-ever Summer Studies scholarship at Stanford University.

Josh received his B.A. in Sociology from Stanford University.

Justin Davis, Chief operating officer

As COO and co-founder of LandSpire, Justin brings years of experience chartering strategic capital deployment initiatives and consulting with medium-size businesses seeking to improve bottom and double bottom line performance.

Prior to his career in business and social impact, Justin played professional basketball overseas for five years, where he gained significant exposure to European sport leagues.

Justin holds a M.S. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and received his B.A. in Communications from Stanford University.

TREANA L. ALLEN, VP of Legal & Compliance

Treana is responsible for overseeing all legal matters of the firm and providing strategic advice to the firm's senior leadership team. Additionally, she has over two decades of experience in collegiate and professional sports as a player, coach, and consultant.

Prior to her role with LandSpire, she represented professional athletes in sponsorship deals, licensing agreements, and business consulting, while also honing her skills as a class action litigator.

Treana is a graduate of Gonzaga University (BA), where she received All-WCC athletic and academic honors, and Western State University College of Law (JD).
