LandSpire Group was founded in 2019 by Josh Childress and Justin Davis — friends and former Stanford teammates whose careers converged around a shared conviction. As Josh concluded a 15 year professional basketball career and Justin progressed with his work in impact investing, a central question emerged: how can capital be deployed as a force for community advancement?

LandSpire was their answer. Built on the belief that housing is a pathway to long-term financial mobility, the firm was established to expand opportunity in markets that have historically been overlooked and underserved — investing with intention and respect for the people that call these places home.
